Overview

We provide design and project management, operations and maintenance procedures, training, mechanical integrity, and emergency response for cryogenic liquids and gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Hydrogen, CO2, Carbon Monoxide, LNG, and Helium to name some).

Design - Engineering services for the design and installation of storage / end use equipment to provide safe, efficient, high operational on-stream that minimizes costs. 

Project Management

Witte Engineered Gases & Cryogenics specializes in defining the scope and end use by determining if the scope is in-line with similar scope applications, reviewing the design parameters, assures consistency with design norms and standards (NFPA and CGA), and defining the optimum equipment needed. Then, that scope is fully defined and designed into the applicable system. In addition, WEGC develops scope flow diagrams, layout drawings, as well as a detailed bill of materials. The last step of the design process WEGC defines the installation plan.

For Existing Systems

WEGC reviews existing systems designs for consistency with design norms and standards (NFPA and CGA) for cryogenics or gases using a complete system audit. During the audit, the systems are examined to minimize losses, for optimum efficiency, and assure the design is correct for flow, pressure, purity, materials of construction, and overall cleanliness. System designs are scrutinized for any flaws, to assure the designs are not only safe, but fail safe.
